TonguesThe fires burn dark here  In this hell of mine.  They cast off no light;  They trouble my mind,  The flames unquenched,  Torturing, taunting...  Tempting me to wander further   
I cannot see; my nerves  Are frozen by the blaze.  My screams go unheard;  My lungs fill with fumes,  My thirsting tongue  Licked by the tongues...  Why did I wander here?   
The fires of my hell  Burn darkly for me;  To escape, I need the Light  So that I may see.

NatureThe stars shine down from above  And illuminate this dreary path.  Nature moves about me slowly,  Groans thundering, fueled by wrath.   
The forest stands silently near  Hiding a world of regret.  I find myself drawn to that Hell,  Though I am newly freed from its net.   
What draws me to evil escaped?  What makes me yearn for the dark?  Apparently in my struggles within,  Sin left on my soul a mark.   
Iniquity pulls me to her side,  Her tendrils intertwined with my mind,  And it seems that the harder I resist,  The more she is in control.

Illuminated QuestDarkness covers the land;  I search for the light.  I know it must be there;  Though 'twasn't before.   
Deep within the forests  I travel earnestly  Seeking the light  That I know is there.   
The light is there,  Just out of reach  Out of sight, true,  But not out of mind.   
This world is my heart.  My dreams and confusions  Cloud the way.  There is no light.   
A storm brews afar;  I see it, tremble.  I fall to my knees,  I declare my weakness.

What in the world? For the past four years, I have averaged roughly 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night. For the past week and a half, though, I can't seem to stop sleeping 8 or 9 hours each night. It just don't make no sense...

Welcome to DA, Magus. THe site is your oyster. So draw stuff and put it here. I COMMAND IT! And, if you want to get noticed, comment and post stuff in the forums. Smart stuff, mind you. But I don't think you'll have a problem.

Commenting really is the best way to get noticed. I have about 100 more pageviews than I should 'cause I can't keep my mouth shut.
